Maxine Waters is a full-blown Hypocrite.  She rails almost every day about how she wants to impeach Donald Trump because he wants to build a wall to keep out illegal Immigrants.  Did you catch that?  Keep out, ILLEGAL immigrants.

Here to the right is an image of her house.  Notice something.  That’s right, a FENCE around her house.  She lives in Hancock Park, a tony neighborhood in Los Angeles, which is outside the 43rd congressional district in California, the constituents she supposedly is elected to represent.

The home varies from person to person as to the value.  Some people say it is valued at $7 million and others say $2.9 million.  One report states that it is valued at $4.9 million.  No matter the case, how in the hell does a public servant own a house worth that much.  How the hell can she pay for it?   I know my little home of 2600 square feet costs a lot to keep cool.  The water is expensive.  The cable, internet service, lawn upkeep, the list goes on and on.

Let’s just say she has earned her current salary for the past 30 years.  $174,000.   Lets see, quick calculation and that’s 20 years X 174,000 = $3,480,000 total income over the past 20 years.  OK, now we’re getting somewhere.

So .. I wonder how Maxine Waters owns a $4.8 Million dollar home?  Does anyone know how much the mortgage payment is on a $4.8 Million dollar home? Can you make that mortgage payment on a $175,000 dollar a year job? Let’s see, using https://www.mortgagecalculator.org

If she had a 3% mortgage interest rate and extremely inexpensive insurance and taxes, the payment would be $21,796 dollars per month.  Her income, without any taxes, I think congresspeople still pay taxes don’t they?  I’m not sure with all the fine print, but let’s just say she has a sweetheart deal.  No taxes, so;

$175,000 / 12 = $14,583 per month .. with nothing deducted.

Let’s see, $14,500 dollar income monthly, $21,000 house payment ..

She claims it is racist to point this out. That just because she is black we are cannot ask her that question.  She wants Trump to release his tax returns, guess that is not racist.  Hmmm …  No, paying $21,000 dollars a month for your home is not financially feasible, for a black person, white person, any person, unless you getting money from somewhere else.  You claim it is investments.  Investing what.  You don’t have enough money to invest if you are living in a $5 Million dollar home.  You have to be sending your husband out to mow the lawn on weekends but heck, he is the Ambassador to Jamacia.  Her husband played professional football for 3 years back in the late 60’s. Salaries back then were nothing compared to what they are today, so … whats up Max?
